Florham Park New Construction collaboration with Lyons McConnell Construction. We added beautiful siding to this 10,000 square foot home.
New Construction Roofing
This project was a collaboration with Balassone Builders in which we installed new GAF HDZ Timberline Weathered Wood Architectural Shingles with GAF Roofing .060 EPDM rubber membrane on the flat balcony on the left side of the home. Standing seam copper & Englert standing seam metal roofing was also added.
New Construction Trim & Siding
A collaboration with Lyons-McConnell Design on this build - we added 16" fabricated wide recessed panels to the outside corner PVC trim.
