The Bluffs at Monmouth in South Jersey

Removed and replaced roof with GAF Timberline Shingles.

Removed Brick Veneer and added new Dutch Lap Vinyl Siding.

Removed and replaced deteriorated 83 sheets of 1/2 Plywood Sheathing, 2 x 4 Framing, insulation and added new siding, aluminum trim and gutters.

West Essex Highlands, in West Orange, NJ.

The project consisted of 300 units in 53 buildings and 1 clubhouse.

We removed 30-year cedar siding down to sheathing, replaced deteriorated sheathing, installed new vapor barrier, installed new flashing around windows, installed new vinyl siding, soffits, corners and wrapped existing trim with aluminum coil. We also installed new gutters and leaders.

Park River Towers - North Bergen, NJ!

This Residential Condominium Building had a multi-layered parapet flat roof.

We removed all the previous layers of roofing down to the concrete deck foundation and a brand-new GAF TPO roof was installed. This roof was designed to use GAF Tapered Insulation Boards topped with DensDeck Recovery Board for extra protection. The tapering was designed so that water would be directed towards one of four drains located on the roof and also had an overflow feature where the water would be directed to one of 3 corners in case of drainage failure.

This TPO roof was installed with the GAF Diamond Pledge 20 Year Warranty.

This was a full Tapered Flat Roof Installation using GAF Everguard TPO and GAF Tapered Insulation Board. The existing roof was torn down to the plywood decking and nearly half of the roof deck was replaced.

Tapered ISO Boards were installed to serve as insulation for the church and was designed with the need for drainage in mind. The Insulation boards were manufactured with a slope that tapers off of the rear end so as to funnel rainfall into a brand new 6" gutter system that we also installed.
The roof is watertight and securely fastened so as to withstand the fierce weather that the shore points endure.
