It all began in 1997 with a ladder tied to the roof of a 1988 Cutlass Supreme International. Over the past 27 years Magnolia Development Group, with the support of many, has grown into a thriving empire, employing over 100 people and serving over 150,000 customers!
MANY ASK - HOW DID WE DO IT?
Three men, Lou, Craig and Brian, were on completely different paths in 1997. Lou and Craig were painters with aspirations to work hard and provide a comfortable life for their families. They built a successful painting company, responsible for painting thousands of multi-dwelling communities and tens of thousands of personal residences throughout NJ. Brian was a home remodeler with the ambition to grow. He quickly became the visionary of the group, meeting Lou on a job site in 2020 and quickly collaborating to pursue and accomplish his vision. This vision quickly came alive, and Magnolia Development Group was born. Today, the Magnolia Development team services everything from roofing and siding to decks, facade restoration, masonry, interior and exterior painting, water leak investigation and invasive repairs for commercial, residential and multi-dwelling communities throughout NJ. A community-driven company, Magnolia takes every opportunity to give back, helping organizations like Roxbury Baseball and contributing to Breast Cancer Awareness and the Wounded Warriors Foundation.
