Sam's remodeling career started in the lumber and mill work business 36 years ago. After spending 19 years learning the trade, he moved to the roofing and siding industry. Over the years Sam has gained tremendous knowledge through these trades. Every project has its own set of circumstances that needs to be tailored a certain way.
Having someone of Sam's expertise alleviates a lot of concern during these large projects that can be strenuous to homeowners. His ability to listen and to identify his clients needs are qualities that set him apart. Sam lives in Florham Park with his black lab, Daisy, and has 3 adult sons, Sam Jr (Naples, Florida), Danny (Grapevine, Texas) and Nick (St. Joseph's Center, Scranton, Pennsylvania).

Magnolia Development was formed in 2000 and has been serving multi-dwelling communities for 20 years. Over the course of the last 20 years Magnolia has proven itself to be one of the preferred contractors in our industry working with over 500 property managers, engineering firms, rental companies, and homeowners. Magnolia Development offers a wide array of services to our customers which include roofing, siding, masonry, structural repairs, facade restoration ground up construction, painting, fire restoration, asphalt replacement, water leak evaluation and emergency services.
Our roofing and siding divisions have performed and completed multi-million-dollar projects under the guidance of our expert project managers and field superintendents. Not only is Magnolia well versed in large scale roofing and siding replacements but we coordinate and reconstruct townhomes, condominiums, and commercial buildings from the ground up.
